Kerrang! Masthead.

Kerrang!'s masthead is black capital text, it has a white background and several thin white lines through the black text. I like their masthead, as it a bold clear statement title. It isn't covered by the main central image and can easily be found in a group of magazines.

In my designs for my magazines masthead, i used the idea of all capital letters. I think i need to experiment with colours for my magazine as i don't want it to be too copy cat with Kerrang! and it needs to have it's own style.
